Terms of Sale

1. The nature of this business

PlexyBot writes and licenses software: automated trading programs that run inside MetaTrader 5 on an account you hold with a broker of your choosing. That is the whole of what we do. We hold no licence to give investment advice, we are not a broker or dealer, we do not run a fund, an exchange or a custody service, and we never manage anybody’s trading. No page on this site should be read as a suggestion to buy or sell any instrument, and none of it is tailored to your circumstances.

2. We never touch your funds

At no point does any money of yours pass to us other than the price of a licence. The robot you license executes on your brokerage account with your credentials, none of which we ever see. Whatever it opens or closes there is an action on your account, taken under your authority, and the outcome belongs to you. Your relationship with your broker is yours alone.

3. Eligibility

You must be an adult (18 or older) with the legal capacity to contract. It is up to you to confirm that operating automated trading software is allowed where you live and under your broker’s own rules; some countries and some brokers prohibit or limit it, and we have no way of checking that on your behalf.

4. What you are buying

A purchase is one payment in exchange for a 12-month licence covering exactly one tier of exactly one robot. Once the payment is confirmed you can download an archive holding the compiled robot for that tier together with its written setup guide.

Your access lasts 12 months, counted from the day of purchase. Nothing here is sold as permanent, lifetime or open-ended. There is no subscription, no renewal and no further charge unless you decide to buy again. How you may use the software is governed by the Software Licence, which is part of these terms.

5. Paying

PlexyBot is the seller and licensor of everything sold on this site. Card payments are processed by Whop, which acts only as our payment processor and is not the seller, supplier or licensor of the software. Card numbers are entered inside the processor’s secure checkout and never reach our systems. The processor’s own terms also apply to the transaction and you accept them when you pay. Prices are quoted in US dollars unless a different currency is shown, and any tax due in your own country is for you to settle.

6. Delivery, and why refunds are limited

The download appears on your order page as soon as the processor confirms payment. A delivered file cannot be taken back, so from that moment the sale is normally final. Our Refunds policy sets out the exceptions we honour without argument; please use it rather than opening a chargeback, which is slower for everyone.

7. Things you must not do

• pass the software or any delivered file to anyone else, whether by selling, lending, publishing, uploading or sharing it;
• decompile it, reverse-engineer it, tamper with its licensing checks or remove any ownership notice;
• operate it for other people as a managed account, a copy-trade feed or a signal service;
• use it in breach of the law or of your broker’s rules;
• sell it onward with claims we never made, or bolt performance numbers onto it that never came from us.

8. Ownership

The robots, the PlexyBot name and every word and image on this site remain the property of PlexyBot or its licensors. A licence lets you use the software as the Software Licence describes and grants nothing further.

9. Brokers and platforms are not ours

MetaTrader 5 is made by a third party and your broker is a third party. We answer for neither. Outages, spreads, commissions, execution quality, platform updates and any decision a broker takes about your account are outside our control and governed by their terms.

10. No promises about performance

Everything on this site and everything we deliver is offered as it stands, with no warranty of any kind, whether spelled out or implied by law: not of fitness for a purpose, not of merchantability, not of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and above all not that the software will make money or repeat any published result. 11. Cap on our liability

So far as the law permits, PlexyBot accepts no liability for trading losses, lost profit or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss connected with the software or the site. Whatever the claim, our total liability for a product is capped at the amount you paid us for it.

12. Your indemnity

You will compensate PlexyBot for any claim brought against it because of how you used the software, how you traded, or a breach of these terms on your part.

13. The party behind this site

PlexyBot is a trading name. The business behind it is run independently and has not been incorporated as a company. The person operating it has passed identity checks with our payment processor, and we will supply full legal and contact details to anyone who asks by emailing [email protected].

If the consumer law of your home country grants you a right these terms appear to take away, that law wins and the term is read down accordingly.

14. Updates to these terms

We revise these terms from time to time; the date shown at the top of this page is the version that applies. Using the site after a revision counts as accepting it. A revision never reaches back to alter a purchase already made.
