Software Licence

1. Grant and duration

In return for your payment, and while you keep to this agreement, PlexyBot grants you a 12-month licence to install and run the tier you bought for trading on your own accounts. The licence is personal to you, cannot be handed on to anybody else, and can be withdrawn if you break it.

The 12 months start on the purchase date. The period is fixed: nothing in this agreement, and nothing we sell, gives lifetime, perpetual or open-ended use of the software. The period is shown on the checkout page before any card details are entered.

2. What is delivered

A single archive, available the moment payment is confirmed, containing the compiled robot for your tier and a setup guide that records the configuration your tier is licensed for.

Your licence is tied to the order token and the licence key printed on your order page. There is nothing to enter during installation; those two references are simply how we recognise your purchase when you write to us. Store them where you can find them again.

3. Permitted use

• Running the robot on trading accounts that are yours or under your control.
• Installing it on your own computer and on a hosted server you control, with a copy on each.
• Receiving any update we publish for your tier while the licence is live.
• Keeping a private backup of the delivered file.

4. Forbidden use

• giving, selling, renting, lending or sublicensing the software to any other person;
• posting it to a file host, forum, marketplace or group chat, whether public or private;
• decompiling, disassembling or reverse-engineering it, or interfering with any licensing check;
• producing a derivative product from it for others;
• deleting or changing any copyright or ownership notice;
• operating it for third parties as a managed account, copy-trading feed or signal service.

Sharing the software with others terminates this licence at once, with no refund. For a small vendor whose product is a single file, that is the only remedy that exists.

5. Title stays with us

You are licensing the software, not buying it. Every right, title and interest in it, including all intellectual property, remains with PlexyBot. This agreement transfers ownership of nothing.

6. Updates and compatibility

Anything we publish for your tier while the clock is running arrives under these same conditions. We will put honest effort into keeping the robot running as MetaTrader ships new builds and as brokers rework their instrument lists. What we will not do is pledge that it survives every change either of them decides to make.

7. When the period ends

When the 12-month licence expires the licence ends: stop using the software and delete your copies. Nothing renews by itself and no further payment is ever taken without a new purchase by you. Before expiry we will get in touch and offer a further period at the price current at that time.

8. No warranty, real risk

The software is supplied as it is. Automated trading can lose money, and we promise no profit and no particular outcome. The Risk Warning and About Our Results form part of this agreement in full.

9. Termination

Two things close this agreement: the clock reaching the end of its period, or a breach on your part, handing the file to somebody else being the obvious one. Either way, switch the robot off and wipe what you hold. What survives the ending are the sections above on title, on prohibited use and on the limit of our liability.
